新山市中心度假別墅 (Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre)

地點非常好，就在KSL隔壁，吃飯、按摩基本上都是隔壁一站式解決 叫車去其他地方也非常方便，不太會有較不到車的問題 酒店本身衛生程度非常高，也有無邊際泳池放鬆身心，健身房部分有綜合Cable機與最大來到25kg啞鈴，適合有健身習慣的人維持肌肉刺激！

第二次住這個酒店了。還是很滿意的。服務水平穩定。早餐也比較豐富。性價比很高。它最大的便利是酒店緊鄰KSL shopping mall，吃飯購物按摩等娛樂都超便利。而且周圍還有很多街邊店。吃肉骨茶、吃榴蓮都超方便。下次來應該還會入住。

不推介，不推介，前台服務不好，酒店房間衞生狀況讓人失望，糟糕、床單不乾淨 洗手間發黴好臟、簡直讓人噁心，早餐一般 沒有優點

連續在Holiday Villa住了很多天，酒店的位置在市中心，周圍都是購物中心，也非常多的餐館，非常方便。

早餐這個價錢來說已經可以，位置也可以在KSL旁邊。 不過酒店衛生負評，房間內有螞蟻、小飛蟲，這些是完全不可以接受，所以這家酒店沒下次了。

I had a great stay two months ago and decided to book the same hotel this time. But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet. There was an infestation of drain flies in the toilet. I told the room service and they offered to kill them with pesticide. But I didn't like the idea of having the pesticide smell linger in our air-conditioned room. The alternative room was the downgrade to a twin bed but that room had a very strong smoke smell. We decided to go back to the same room and put up with the drain flies.

It was a good hotel, the room was good, clean with adequate facilities and a good size. The picture window offers a sofa to sit and see the panoramic view of JB. The check-in process is quite slow, perhaps when we arrived there was a system error, nevertheless bye bye 29 mins to do that! There is a great bar on the roof (separate from hotel, so bring your credit card) Sky 26 .... 26th floor with great views from it's terrace. Generally good and recommended

I had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were courteous and welcoming, and the breakfast was both tasty and varied. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, I did notice a few small ants on the desk, which was unexpected. Additionally, the drainage in the bathroom was somewhat slow, causing water to accumulate on the floor after a shower. I hope the hotel will consider addressing these issues to enhance the guest experience.

I first found out about this hotel through an Instagram reel and was impressed by the newer room shown, complete with a new TV, Nespresso machine, and even the smart glass feature that could switch between clear and frosted. I was hoping to be allocated one of these, but I guess those are reserved for lounge or executive room categories. Instead, I stayed in one of the older rooms. The space and overall design were still good, but I did encounter a few issues: I noticed ants around the desk socket area, the button for the shower blinds didn’t work, and there was a dead fly in one of the glass cups. Since it was just a one-night stay and I only noticed these quite late at night, I didn’t call concierge, though I do think housekeeping could have checked more thoroughly when preparing the room. Hopefully, this helps other guests to keep an eye out when they first check in. On the positive side, the stay was pleasant overall. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, the dining hall was spacious, and the location is excellent—right next to KSL, with a nice view from the room. The soundproofing was also impressive; we barely heard doors closing or traffic outside. There was also this cozy and nice cafe at the lobby called “Space Cafe” where you can chill and just get a drink, especially in the morning. Overall, I’d still consider this a nice stay. I’d be happy to return, but next time I’ll try to book one of the newer rooms and hope to get the one i saw on instagram and hopefully to get a much better experience.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, with KSL mall and many F&B choices in the vicinity. However, felt the staff at front desk need more training. E.g. when i handed over my credit card for desposit and without trying she said they dont take debit card. When i told her that it is a credit card, she said she will try. The room was not bad but the water pressure was weak.
